Welcome to ZOPlay! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website and streaming platform located at www.zoplay.com.ng, operated by ZOPlay Africa. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use ZOPlay, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian

  • Have access to a valid Google account (ZOPlay currently supports Google login only)

  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

2. Account Registration

  • All users must log in via Google authentication. We do not accept direct sign-ups via email or other means at this time.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account.

  • ZOPlay will not be responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised login credentials.

3. Content Ownership & Licensing

  • Creators retain full ownership of the content they upload.

  • By uploading your content, you grant ZOPlay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to stream, distribute, and promote it on the platform.

  • ZOPlay may use thumbnails, previews, and brief clips for promotional purposes.

4. Earnings & Monetization

  • Content monetization is based on viewer engagement, platform promotions, and direct fan support.

  • All payments are processed via Paystack. Users must follow Paystack's terms when funding wallets or receiving payouts.

  • ZOPlay reserves the right to adjust payment models or policies with notice.

5. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content that:

  • Contains violence, hate speech, or pornography

  • Promotes illegal activity

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights

  • Violates community standards or local laws

ZOPlay reserves the right to remove such content and suspend the account without notice.

6. User Conduct

While using ZOPlay, you agree:

  • Not to exploit, misuse, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform

  • Not to harass, abuse, or spam other users

  • Not to use ZOPlay to distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful software

7. Platform Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee 100% uptime. ZOPlay is not liable for:

  • Downtime due to maintenance

  • Disruptions due to technical failures

  • Loss of data caused by system errors or user actions

8. Termination

ZOPlay may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or community guidelines

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

  • We receive legal or regulatory orders to restrict your access

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, and design elements of ZOPlay are the property of ZOPlay Africa. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of ZOPlay after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page regularly.
